2. Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
4. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
5. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Return Policy:
- Eligibility: We accept returns only in cases where we have shipped the wrong size or there is a genuine defect in the product.
- Time Frame: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for the aforementioned reasons.

- Return Shipping Time: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by our warehouse.
- Refund: Once we receive your returned item and verify the reason for return, if it aligns with our policy, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you receive the wrong size or a defective product, we will gladly assist you with an exchange for the correct item.
